Shipping:
We ship directly to you from Santa Fe, NM. Your shipping charges are calculated from our warehouse to your store.
Terms:
We offer two choices for means of payment. First orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or pre-paid check. Credit terms may be extended to you after you are established as a regular account with us. Credit must be pre-approved. We will add a 1.5% interest per month charge on all invoices more than 30 days past due.
NO EXCEPTIONS multiple late payments will revert account to credit card or prepaid only.
Damages:
Merchandise must be inspected upon receipt.
All damage/shortage claims must be made within five (5) days of delivery.
1. Do not throw away any of the boxes or packing materials.
2. Notify us immediately at (909) 731-8337. Any claims for shortages or damaged
goods, which are placed more than five (5) days after receipt of the merchandise,
may not be honored.
Returns:
Request for return authorization must be made within five (5) days of receipt of
merchandise and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipment to Sweet Birds.
Backorders:
We will keep backorders over $25.00 and ship merchandise upon receipt unless
otherwise notified.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Show orders and backorders will be honored at quoted prices.
